This programme builds on the first phase achievements of the Support to Skilling Uganda (SSU) project in Karamoja as well as the bridging programme. Specifically, the programme will strive to increase youth opportunities for employment; improve capacity of skilling and employment entities (VTIs, CSOs and Private sector) and contribute to supportive legal and policy environment for youth skilling and employment.
