Position Overview

Responsibilities:



  • Change Management 
  • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of change initiatives across multiple workstreams.
  • Develop change impact assessments, stakeholder maps, and readiness activities.
  • Prepare materials such as change briefs, adoption updates, and talking points.
  • Coordinate inputs from project owners and ensure alignment with overall transformation narratives.
  • Track progress of change deliverables (e.g., KPIs, 30/60/90 updates).
  • Contribute to the maintenance of change governance tools (e.g., Change Ledger, change calendars).
  • Support engagement activities that increase awareness and adoption of change.2. Communications & Editorial Support 
  • Draft and edit internal updates, announcements, and operational communications.
