The Role: Support pupils with speech, language and communication needs - BSL required Work one-to-one and in small groups. Help students access learning and build confidence. Work closely with teachers and the SEN team. Requirements: Experience working with children in a school or similar setting. Excellent communication skills. Patient, reliable and proactive.
