Position Overview: Finning Canada is looking for an Internal Communications Advisor to tell the stories that matter. You’ll help bring our strategy and culture to life through clear, engaging, people‑first communications. Reporting to the Communications Manager, you’ll partner primarily with the HR Team and with leaders and other teams across the company to translate complex initiatives into messages that resonate—whether that’s an executive update, a change initiative, or a story that celebrates our people. Success requires sound judgment, discretion, and intellectual curiosity, along with the confidence to navigate sensitive topics and facilitate thoughtful, positive conversations in a dynamic environment. This role is ideal for someone who’s great at making connections, can build their internal network, is agile and strongly collaborative.
