Job Description

Part time Communications Agent at Pullman Auckland. This role coordinates inbound phone calls and assists the front office with reservations and group preparations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all inbound phone calls within the hotel
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Maintain a good phone manner as the main point of contact for all incoming inquiries in the hotel
  • Assist the wider front office team with reservations and group preparations; flexibility and willingness to roll up sleeves is essential

Qualifications

  • Experience working as a receptionist in a hotel environment
  • Eligible to work in New Zealand for at least 1 year
