What You’ll Be Doing

• Digital Workflow Coordination: Act as a key link between the communications teams on the ground at Host Cities and the production team back at HQ, ensuring smooth file transfers, messaging alignment, and administrative support.
• Social Media & Video Support: Assist the digital content and video areas with reviewing, clipping, and editing short‑form video content tailored for social media platforms.
