Qualifications and Experience

• Experience using research dissemination to grow an organisation's profile and influence.
• Experience facilitating webinars and/or similar online events.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools for graphic design, video editing, podcast production.
• A solid understanding and use of social media and web tools.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (minimum B2, CEFR); native speakers will have an advantage.
• Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write and edit complex content clearly and persuasively.
• The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• An interest in international affairs, politics, and policy research, particularly EU external action and EU-LAC cooperation.
