Role Overview : We are hiring for our sister app Dostt , an audio and video platform. Currently, we operate in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, Punjabi, Marathi, Oriya & Bengali. Having built a strong base in India, we are now launching in the Philippines, our first locally-sourced international market, operating in Tagalog (Filipino) and English. As we expand into this new market, we are seeking Associate - Supply Operations Manager, who will be one of the founding members on the ground for Dostt Philippines, and will be responsible for managing the operational supply of community hosts and key contributors, ensuring a well-balanced and engaging environment for the Philippines base. The role involves ensuring an optimal number of active hosts and contributors, developing talent pipelines, coordinating resources, and overseeing the smooth operation of 1:1 Audio/Video calls.
