Job Summary:
SUNY Upstate is seeking a highly motivated Advanced Practice provider to join the Community Campus Cancer Center to collaborate with Oncology physicians and a multidisciplinary Oncology team to provide care for Oncology patients.

Key Responsibilities:


+ Collaborate with the attending physicians, providing comprehensive health assessments and develop plans of care for Hematology/Oncology patients.

+ Conduct medical health histories, physical examination, developing plans based on clinical diagnoses and problems.

+ Analyze diagnostic testing and laboratory results, and ordering interventions based on clinical assessments.

+ Incumbent will consult with physicians for abnormal findings as appropriate and assist in planning and ordering care and treatment for patients requiring triage. Incumbent will actively participate in quality improvements working on teams and committees.
