The CHAT is an innovative nursing team, shortlisted for three final award Nursing Times Awards, that sits within an integrated child health team. The team delivers acute and ambulatory care at home to prevent hospital admission and facilitate early discharge.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for an experienced paediatric nurse who can work autonomously to care for acutely unwell children at home as well as been part of an ever-developing community nursing team.
