Community Connect Epic Cadence / Grand Central Analyst

Location: Atlanta, Georgia (Remote)

Role Overview

An opportunity is available for a senior Epic Patient Access Analyst to support a Hospital Connect team. This role supports inpatient workflows in a blended hospital environment. The position requires a candidate who can provide critical patient access functions with minimal ramp-up time.

Key Responsibilities

Build, configure, and support Epic Cadence and/or Grand Central workflows.

Support patient access operations, including scheduling, registration, and ADT.

Provide cross-functional support across patient access modules.

Partner with the Hospital Connect team and the client's Epic team.

Troubleshoot issues and support production and optimization efforts.

Act as a backfill resource for critical patient access functions.
