Role Overview

We are hiring for our sister app Dostt, an audio and video platform. Dostt operates in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, Punjabi, Marathi, Oriya, and Bengali, and we are now launching in the Philippines, our first locally-sourced international market, operating in Tagalog (Filipino) and English. As we expand into this new market, we are seeking an Associate – Supply Operations Manager who will be a founding member on the ground for Dostt Philippines. The role involves managing the operational supply of community hosts and key contributors, ensuring a well-balanced and engaging environment for the Philippines community. Responsibilities include ensuring an optimal number of active hosts and contributors, developing talent pipelines, coordinating resources, and overseeing the smooth operation of 1:1 Audio/Video calls.
