Seeking a relationship-driven Account Executive to support fiber expansion efforts by partnering with HOA communities. This person will build relationships with HOA leaders, secure community access agreements, educate stakeholders on broadband solutions, and drive new business opportunities. Ideal candidates have strong sales skills, experience presenting to boards, and thrive in an autonomous, territory-based role.
Day-to-Day
ββ’ Build relationships with HOA boards, property managers, developers, and community leaders
ββ’ Identify fiber expansion opportunities within gated communities, private roads, and residential developments
ββ’ Research and engage HOA decision-makers to secure meetings and presentations
ββ’ Present the company's fiber solution and educate communities on service benefits and construction plans
