We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and strategic Community Manager to lead the growth, education, engagement, and recognition ecosystem for the PGMall community.

This role focuses heavily on:

• Community education & training
• Strategic relationship management with community leaders
• Building sustainable shopper & seller ecosystems
• Organizing recognition and award initiatives

The ideal candidate must be confident in public speaking, experienced in community engagement, and capable of creating strong emotional connection and motivation within large-scale online communities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Community Education & Training

• Conduct Zoom webinars, online training sessions, and educational programs for shoppers and sellers.
• Educate community members on:
