POSITION SUMMARY

Provides first line of health care in the village clinic setting. Oversees the staffing of the clinic and assigns duties to staff available. Provides clinical supervision to all staff, to include having monthly staff meetings and submit reports to the CHAP office. Manage and maintain the workflow of the clinic to ensure proper procedures and guidelines are followed for self and all staff. Must apply for the National Provider Identifier (NPI) and State Medicaid Provider enrollment. Reports directly to the CHP/Clinic Supervisor or designee.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
