The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Community, Inclusion, and Belonging (CIB), the CIB Learning Specialist is responsible for collaborating with faculty and school leaders on designing and delivering CIB curriculum to students, faculty, and staff on the integration of CIB within subject areas and the broader school environment - inclusive of the Junior, Middle and Senior School. The role involves identifying areas for improvement and working collaboratively with various departments across the school community to integrate CIB principles with intentionality. The Learning Specialist ensures that the school's CIB learning initiatives systematically integrate the CIB components of the school's curriculum outcomes and the IB Learner Profile while applying the concepts of culturally relevant pedagogical practices.
