A fantastic and highly rewarding opportunity has arisen for a 18 hours per week Community Inclusion Facilitator to join our enthusiastic and passionate colleagues in Tameside.
Me Time is Mencap’s social inclusion, leisure and community led programme, supporting people with a learning disability to develop the skills and confidence to develop relationships and be fully included in their local community. Me Time provide a range of support for individuals to do this, through the direct provision of a range of community activities as well as support to access community groups and local opportunities.
