About The Role

Client looking for a Community Manager to own the day-to-day experience of our talent community and our public presence across the platforms where fractional work and senior independent professionals engage. You will step into a role with clear priorities already defined. The focus is execution: driving engagement, activating members, strengthening referral behavior, and building meaningful visibility in external professional communities. You will work closely with the marketing team and report into the founding team. This is a high‑trust, hands‑on role where you will manage community interactions, run programs end‑to‑end, and surface insights that shape broader growth strategy.
