Your role

• Based in our international content hub in Cape Town of our international creative agency, you will join a growing team of social & digital experts as our first subject matter expert for community management

• You will collaborate with client servicing, creative, social media and content teams across all our international offices and own the management of communities on social media platforms on behalf of our global clients

• You own brand presence by responding, engaging, and representing the brand voice with consistency and confidence

• You monitor conversations, comments, and DMs across platforms, turning interactions into relationships and critics into advocates

• You identify trending topics, cultural moments, and community signals that can feed into content and campaign strategy – always-on, agile, fast, helping spot both crisis and opportunity
