About the role You will be the voice and the ears of TOJGAMES across our community channels. You’ll help keep the community healthy and active, communicate updates, collect feedback, and work closely with the team to turn player insights into real improvements.
Responsibilities - Moderate and grow our Discord community with clear rules and friendly tone.
- Manage social media posting and engagement (short updates, announcements, replies).
- Collect, summarize, and prioritize player feedback for the team.
- Coordinate community events, polls, and simple campaigns to boost engagement.
- Handle basic support triage: route issues to the right channel and keep players updated.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.
