About the Role

This role exists to make sure every placement gets captured, documented, and distributed, consistently, on time, across every channel. You're not writing captions or designing posts. You're running the machine that turns a placement into visible proof: coordinating with alumni, teams, and vendors, tracking everything in sheets, and making sure nothing slips.

Responsibilities

• Making every placement visible
• Track daily placement data and make sure it's complete before anything else begins
• Call placed alumni, have real conversations, document their journey and collect consent and photos
• Get a LinkedIn post live from the student's own profile within 3 to 4 days of the first call
• Plan testimonial video shoots, brief the video team, ...
