Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, the Community Manager is responsible for assisting with the professional management, administration and leasing for a mixed‑use apartment community in Surrey, BC. The Community Manager will assist the Senior Property Manager with the management of all related resources, contracts, tools and supplies to ensure Centurion Asset Management Inc. | Centurion Property Associates Inc. real property assets are effectively and efficiently managed to established standards and within established budgets.

Relationship Development

Develop and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure proactive timely resolution of staff, Contractor, Vendor, and Consultant performance issues.

Customer Service
