Toni&Guy North Pakistan is looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Community Manager to serve as the key liaison between our salon network and the marketing team while managing our online customer community! This role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences across both digital and in-salon touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between salon owners, salon managers, and the outsourced marketing team.
• Coordinate and schedule in-salon content shoots with respective salons.
• Communicate upcoming marketing campaigns, offers, promotions, and initiatives to salon teams.
• Coordinate branding requirements, marketing collateral, printing requests, and other promotional materials.
• Ensure timely execution of marketing activities by maintaining clear communication between all stakeholders.
