This fieldbased role involves networking, attending healthcare and community events, meeting prospective clients and families, conducting inhome assessments, and assisting with client enrollment.

We’re looking for someone personable, proactive, and techsavvy—ready to use AI tools and modern technology to elevate outreach, communication, and marketing efforts.
