West Norfolk locality is recruiting a Community Matron on a full-time, permanent basis within the Norfolk Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) Service. Our service comprises five teams, one EIP team in Kings Lynn, one in Great Yarmouth, two in Norwich and our At Risk Mental State (ARMS) team (known as TIDES, also based in Norwich but covering the county). The successful post holder will be expected to work peripatetically across the county to support all five teams.
The post holder will work closely with the operational manager and have overall responsibility for the clinical and financial management functions within the service.
