We are seeking a dedicated community mental health counsellor who is passionate about supporting the well‑being of people and committed to culturally safe, trauma‑informed care. This position offers a flexible work arrangement, including one remote workday per week, to be mutually agreed upon with the manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide culturally appropriate counselling that respects Indigenous traditions, healing practices, and worldviews
• Collaborate with community members, Elders, and organizations to deliver holistic care
• Integrate Indigenous and Western knowledge systems using a Two‑Eyed Seeing approach
• Address trauma related to historical and systemic oppression
