This position is part of an interdisciplinary care team that works within the Vancouver Island Health Authority framework and standards, following a habilitative focused model. The role provides nursing and clinical assessments, interventions, treatment, outreach, and consultation services to individuals with developmental disabilities and co‑existing mental health disorders, severe challenging behaviours, and/or substance misuse within the Vancouver Island and Gulf Island areas.

Travel is a requirement, and transportation arrangements must meet operational requirements of the Vancouver Island Health Authority. Use of a personal vehicle may be required.
