**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Community Relations manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of marketing, outreach, advertising, and community relations for the Dominican Oaks Community. This includes developing a comprehensive marketing plan informed by market analysis, demographics, and other data to ensure Dominican Oaks remains competitive. You will also plan and direct the marketing of our facility and its services to the wider community.

Every day you will work toward achieving and maintaining the occupancy goals established by community standards. You will oversee daily marketing and outreach initiatives, ensuring that all efforts are aligned with our strategic objectives.
