Community Service Supervisor (Justice Services) This is an exciting opportunity to join our professionally challenging and rewarding justice service. You will carry out a range of duties in relation to the supervision of groups of 5 people with convictions, who will be undertaking unpaid work within the community. This is a seven day a week service and your working days will be subject to rota. It is essential that you have experience of working with the public, including the delivery of a front line service, record keeping and dealing with people from diverse backgrounds. You must be an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing; and the ability to provide effective customer service, including dealing with difficult situations. A driving licence and experience of driving a minibus (including Cat D), pick-up trucks and trailers is also desirable.
