We're looking for a Support Worker to join our community team in Whitland , Carmarthenshire, providing companionship and practical support to a remarkable woman in her 90s in her own home.

You'll help with correspondence, everyday household tasks and general companionship; making a real difference to her day-to-day life. She communicates by speaking and writing, and lives with her son, who has his own support worker. A comfortable pair of hands around two friendly dogs is a must!
