Community Wellness Coordinator

LOCATION: Maamawe Abziis Widaa Gamig – Sheguiandah First Nation Health Centre

ACCOUNTABILITY: Health Manager

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-Time (35 hours/week)

HOURS OF WORK: Regular Office Hours (8:30‑4:30pm) Some weekends and flexible afterhours may be required

PREFERENCES: Person of Indigenous descent/ Sheguiandah First Nation Band Member

Position Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Health Manager, the Community Wellness Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the overall health and well‑being of Sheguiandah First Nation community members. This position requires a deep understanding of Indigenous culture, traditions, and values and a commitment to promoting holistic wellness.
