**Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Companion/Buddy**

Make a meaningful difference in someone's life as a **Direct Support Professional (DSP)** with Bayada Home Health Care. In this rewarding role, you'll work one-on-one with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build independence, participate in their community, and achieve personal goals.

We're currently seeking DSP's available for afternoon shifts:

**Monday-Friday | 2:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.**

As a Companion/Buddy, you will support individuals as they engage in community activities, develop life skills, build social connections, and enjoy meaningful experiences that promote independence and inclusion.
