Key Responsibilities
Employee Health & Medical Assistance - Provide basic medical care and first aid to employees
- Assess and manage workplace injuries and illnesses
- Maintain and update confidential medical records
Health Monitoring & Compliance - Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical monitoring
- Ensure employees are fit to work and meet health requirements
- Monitor and track medical clearances, sick leaves, and return-to-work status
- Ensure compliance with occupational health standards and government regulations (e.g., DOLE)
