Responsibilities

• Provide first aid treatment and medical assistance to employees and guests as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records of employees and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
• Conduct health and wellness programs, such as vaccination drives and health check-ups.
• Monitor and report any workplace hazards that may affect employee health.
• Assist in processing employee medical-related benefits such as SSS sickness claims.
• Guest Health & Medical Assistance: Must be a licensed nurse (RN) in the Philippines. At least 1 year of experience as a company nurse, private nurse, or in a similar role. Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
