About the Role: The role will drive corporate governance, Board effectiveness, and enterprise-wide Secretarial compliance for an NBFC within a conglomerate setup. The role involves ensuring adherence to RBI frameworks, managing Board and Committee processes, and leading interactions with regulators including RBI inspections and supervisory reviews.
