🔹 Key Requirements

✅ Associate Member of ICSI (ACS) – Mandatory

✅ 3+ years of relevant experience as a Company Secretary

✅ Hands-on experience with MCA21 V3 Portal & ROC filings

✅ Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013

✅ Experience in FEMA compliances (FC-GPR, FC-TRS, FLA Return & RBI FIRMS Portal)

✅ Expertise in Board Meetings, resolutions, agendas & minutes

✅ Knowledge of statutory registers & corporate governance

✅ Excellent communication, documentation & organizational skills

⭐ Preferred Skills

✔ Experience in Private Limited or PE/VC-funded companies
