About Us
R Dangayach & Co is a Chartered Accountancy firm based in Jaipur, providing services in Income Tax, GST, Corporate Law, Audit, Virtual CFO, and Business Advisory. We work closely with high-growth businesses, startups, NBFCs, trusts, and companies undertaking complex corporate transactions.
We are currently advising a company on its IPO journey and are looking to strengthen our corporate compliance team.
Who We Are Looking For
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with ICSI membership.
- 1–2 years of practical experience in corporate law and ROC compliances.
- Prior exposure to IPO-related work, listing compliances, SEBI regulations, due diligence, or merchant banker coordination will be preferred.
- Experience in board meetings, shareholder meetings, share capital changes, ROC filings, and statutory records.
- Good drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
