• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Accounting, Business Management, or any equivalent
• At least 3 years of managerial level working experience handling payroll, compensation and benefits
• Knowledgeable in SAP or other payroll system
• Able to oversee the overall Compensation & Benefits operations
• With expertise in compensation and benefits strategies, policies, and programs
• Willing to work onsite in Tondo Office from Monday-Friday
