What You’ll Do:

• Assist in processing government benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG. Prepares, validates, and submits employee requirements and documents for government-mandated benefits to ensure timely filing and accurate posting. Coordinates with agencies to track contributions, loans, and claims while resolving discrepancies efficiently.
• Coordinate with employees regarding benefits inquiries and claims. Serves as the first point of contact for employees with concerns about their benefits and entitlements. ...
