Description We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join a banking organization in Caledonia, Michigan on a Contract basis. This role partners closely with HR stakeholders to evaluate roles, support compensation decisions, and help maintain consistent pay practices across the organization. The position combines analytical work, consultation with internal teams, and day-to-day coordination of compensation-related activities.
