As part of our growth, we are looking for a
Compensation & Benefits Specialist (m/f/d)
to support the People Strategy and Comp & Benefits team’s tasks in the People and Culture area in Spain. You will be working within the People and Culture team performing relevant tasks as follows:
Design and implement local C&B programs, policies and tools, by managing contact with vendors and analyzing market trends, in close alignment with Global C&B strategy
