Position Overview
**The Opportunity:**
**Reporting to the Associate Director Compensation, as the** **Compensation Manager, Americas** **, you will lead the implementation and alignment of CSL’s global compensation programs for assigned client groups. You will ensure standardization while addressing local market needs and regulatory requirements. This role focuses on aligning compensation structures, job evaluations, and incentive programs to global standards while maintaining regional competitiveness. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners and functional leaders to drive effective compensation strategies that enhance employee engagement and organizational success.**
