The firm is seeking a Competition associate (1–3 PQE) to join the London team. You will work across a broad range of matters, including:
Merger Control & FDI: Advising on transactions before the Competition and Markets Authority and the European Commission, alongside multi-jurisdictional filingsCompliance & Investigations: Supporting on complex competition issues, including dominance and regulatory investigationsLitigation: Acting on high-profile, precedent-setting disputes in the UK and internationally.You will gain exposure to sectors such as life sciences, TMT, energy and transport.
