In this role you will manage formal complaints, primarily from lawyers or authorities, in German while supporting the improvement of compliance-driven processes. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups across the bank to identify root causes, drive mitigation initiatives, and raise operational standards. You’ll work with a motivated team in a fast-changing digital banking environment, shaping how we handle complaints and prevent recurrence.
