We are seeking an experienced female care assistant to provide 1:1 overnight care for a young child with complex clinical needs in the family home. Complex Care Training is provided for the right candidate.

This role is ideal for a carer who already has experience in healthcare or complex care and is looking to build on their skills, work consistent night shifts, and be part of a highly supportive specialist care team.

You will receive ongoing clinical training, competency refreshers, and continuous support – you’ll never be expected to work beyond your training or without backup.
