Notting Hill Genesis, one of London's largest housing associations, is seeking two Complex Case Project Managers to join our growing Repairs directorate. As a Complex Case Project Manager, you’ll lead on the delivery of disrepair and preventative disrepair cases and projects, ensuring our homes remain safe, well‑maintained and compliant. You will work closely with contractors, consultants and internal teams to resolve issues effectively and improve outcomes for residents.

Leading a team of property professionals, you’ll combine strong technical expertise with clear communication and decisive project management. Your work will play a vital role in reducing disrepair risk, improving service quality and embedding learning across the repairs service. As a Complex Case Project Manager, you’ll ensure repairs are delivered to a high standard, on time and with residents at the heart of every decision.
