Job Description

Typical Day in Role

• Review existing regulatory requirements in the Regulatory Library, validate accuracy and completeness of the requirement details versus the official source.
• Reasonably review and challenge other mandatory fields such as prioritization of the regulation, whether the regulation is local vs. extraterritorial, appropriateness of the business units and/or control & support functions tagged to the requirements, and whether the key controls mapped are effectively mitigating the regulatory compliance risk of the requirements. In some cases, self-serve AI tools are available to help with the review.
• Work with key stakeholders to discuss identified gaps and observations, resolve the gaps where appropriate, or work with action owners to raise an issue to resolve the gaps.
