Position Overview
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain a fit‑for‑purpose Legal & Regulatory Compliance Program in accordance with international best practices and the Group’s legal and regulatory requirements.
Identify compliance risks and propose mitigation plans, including drafting and implementing company policies and procedures.
Work in the Group Legal Department on any company legal matters, particularly those related to ethics and compliance.
Conduct legal research and monitor external developments in compliance, providing sound, strategic, up‑to‑date, commercially feasible legal advice to business units and corporate departments.
Conduct compliance due diligence screenings of third parties, identifying and highlighting risks, and assist in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
