Qualifications

• Oversees and administers the business and operational activities of the legal department to ensure compliance with applicable governmental policies. • Assists in monitoring overall compliance in all departments to ensure propriety and consistency of actions. • Performs periodic risk assessments of assigned risk infrastructures and programs. • Reviews internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with appropriate governmental guidelines. • Monitors annual budgets to ensure proper allocation and compliance. • Interprets and administers personnel policies, in conjunction with human resources, to ensure compliance. • Maintains communication with less senior staff to ensure compliance with established practices and implement new policies.
