Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Serve as the FSRA-approved COMLRO, holding senior management responsibility for compliance and financial crime matters for the ADGM entity 
Act as Data Protection Officer, overseeing governance, regulatory engagement, and incident reporting under ADGM regulations 
Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance framework covering AML/CFT, sanctions, fraud, ABC, and market integrity 
Lead regulatory management, including policy development, horizon scanning, and the submission of all FSRA returns and notifications 
Oversee financial crime operations, including client due diligence, sanctions screening, and blockchain investigations 
Serve as the primary liaison with the FSRA and other UAE authorities 
Provide compliance oversight for third-party outsourcing arrangements and technology providers
